Cancellation Policy/Returns
Appointment Cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled only 1 day (date wise) before the set date and time by the patient online, however the appointments can be cancelled at any time by the call center team / registration desk.
No cancellation charge will be taken from the patient.
Returns
Only the sealed and packed (branded) medicines are eligible for return and refund. Loose powder or liquid or if bottle is opened or used, return will not be accepted.
Terms & Condition
- If your request of refund is genuine, and eligible, we can consider your request positively and initiate a refund. In such a case, you can send us your request with all details at info@mitsolutions.in
- Once you are eligible for refund, it will be processed immediately from our side and may take 5-7 working days for amount to be credited back to your bank account/wallet from where you made the initial payment.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- There is no exchange provided in return of original orders.
- We ship through standard courier service partners. Charges may vary based on service partner facility used and location of the shipping address.
